DRUG BARON TO "PAY UP"

Printer Print Article

A DRUGS baron who brought misery to local families has agreed to hand over £250,000 - if he fails in an appeal.

John "Piddy" Gorman, 50, was jailed for 12 years after being arrested for drug trafficking last year.

And the Crown is now pursuing the former Kilwinning man in a bid to seize crime profits.

Gorman is now planning to appeal his conviction but agreed to settle the confiscation of the profits should this appeal fail.
