Gang bottle innocent teen

By Lauren Campbell

Printer Print Article

A GANG of vicious yobs bottled an innocent Kilwinning teen seconds after the bells at Hogmanay.

The 19-year-old had been walking down Church Street talking on his phone when three youths attacked him unprovoked.

One hit him on the head with a bottle before the rest laid into him, punching and kicking him.

The thugs then mindlessly smashed three windows of a nearby house.

Police are calling for witnesses to come forward.
