COUNCIL chiefs are looking at over £8 million in profits if they get the go ahead to sell four Irvine schools.
The massive figure of £8.2 million was revealed as North Ayshire Council prepare to ussue a consultation document on the controversial plans - which would see the closure of Towerlands, John Galt, Springside and Dreghorn primary schools.
