Blind woman refused entry

A BLIND pensioner from Irvine has hit-out after a Subway store in Kilmarnock refused to let her in.

Catherine McCluskey, 63, says she was with her grand daughter and a friend but when they attempted to get into the King Street branch, along with her guide dog Poppy, they were amazed to discover a member of staff was not allowing her to enter.

Catherine, who has never experienced any problems in Irvine's Subway store, has blasted the rudeness of the worker concerned and cannot believe the way she was treated.
