A PAIR of lovers have admitted committing a sex act in front of other people near the Dragon in Irvine Beach Park.

John McDougall, 48, and Gillian Stalker, 40, pled guilty at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court to engaging in a sexual act in the presence of others near the landmark in Marine Drive.

McDougall, from Irvine's Bruce Terrace, and Stalker, from Barrie Terrace in Ardrossan, were in the car park near the Dragon when they committed the public indecency.

And on the day they committed the lewd act, August 11, Stalker was on bail for another offence.

The pair will be sentenced later this month.

A disgrace, they obviously get their kick from performing sex acts in front of people, including kids. This is no different to a man pleasuring himself in front of kids and they should both be put on the sex offenders register. The excuse that they got carried away is laughable. At 40 years and 48 years old respectively, I ask you?
