Ryan Forsyth Hamilton pled guilty to the charge and also admitted assaulting two police officers, attempting to punch one of them on the head.

Hamilton, who resides at Quarriers supported housing in Saltcoats, was in Irvine's Kilmarnock Road when police stopped to talk to him - only for the 24-year-old alcoholic to start kicking and punching their car on October 11.
