BOWLED OVER BY MICHELLE'S TALENT

EMERGING young North Ayshire bowler Michelle Cooper enjoyed a successful senior international debut for Scotland at a major indoor event last week.
The Kilwinning woman, who plays out of Ardrossan Indoor Bowling Club, helped Scotland achieve second place in the home international series.
She was part of the Scottish rink who were runners-up to England. They lost by around 40 shots to the Auld Enemy but comfortably defeated both Wales and Ireland.
Last year Michelle won the Junior Scottish Women’s singles title and she had previously been capped for the national team at Junior level.
