MEADOW'S FINE FOUR-PLAY
DOUBLE dynamos Derek Wingate and James Tyler helped masterly Meadow sweep aside Lesmahago to rack up a fifth win out of seven and soar into top spot in the Super First Division.
Chris Strain’s side produced one of their most accomplished displays of the campaign which can only serve to underline their status as title favourites.
Following an inept showing at Glasgow Perthshire the previous week the Meadow Parkers hit the ground running and were in control of much of this match.
Wingate was superb in central defence and his aerial presence this season gives a whole new dimension to Meadow who beat Lesmahago 4-1.
