BRAWLEY FIT FOR BATTLE

SUPER confident Irvine boxer Ryan Brawley is positively relishing the prospect of doing battle in Irvine's biggest fight night in more than a decade this Friday.

Brawley, 21, takes on opponent George Watson from the North East of England at the Magnum Leisure Centre.

The November 2 bout will be beamed live across Europe on Sky Sports.

He told the Times: "Preparations are going well for the fight and I am confident I will win."
