Irvine Victoria 7 v 3 Vale of Leven
FREE-SCORING Vics, who has assistant Stevie Barclay in charge with Rab Madden at a wedding, routed Vale in their final warmup match at Victoria Park on Saturday.
It was the perfect way to gear up for tonight's (Wednesday) big kick-off.
Daryl Boyd scored a double, including a penalty with Scott Hayes, Ewan Robertson, Gareth Timoney, Tam Cunningham and Gary Madden also on target.
Vics led 4 - 1 at half time with Chris McCue saving a second half penalty for Westenders.
