FRUSTRATED Kilwinning Rangers boss Alan McTurk had a heart-to-heart with his players following an "unacceptable performance" which saw them go down 3-2 at Annbamk United after being 2-0 ahead at half-time.
However the Buffs boss is appealing to fans for patience as he feels his new-look side can be a force this season.
Buffs have picked up just one point from their opening two Stagecoach Super League First Division games after failing to progress to the Ardagh Glass League Cup semi-finals.
