Irvine 51 v 24 Livingston

A FIRST half blast consisting of seven tries and 41 points gave Irvine their first win of the season in Premier Three.

Visitors Livingston gained an early advantage with a fourth minute penalty from Sumpter - but Irvine dominated the rest of the half.

Ruchin Flander, playing in the centre, broke through for the first try which was converted by new boy Matthew Kennie before winger Chris Owen swept through the vistors defence for Irvine's second.
