Snooker legends head to Irvine

TWO of the greatest legends in the history of snooker will go head to head for a special exhibition match at Irvine's Magnum next month.
Twice World Professional champions, Northern Irishman Alex "Hurricane" Higgins and Jimmy "Whirlwind" White - widely considered the best player never to have won the title - will be in action at the Harbourside venue as part of their UK tour on Friday, November 7.
Aside from watching the two players in action those attending will have an opportunity to plat alonside the duo.
