POLICE Scotland are urging the people of North Ayrshire to tell them what they think about their local policing service – and what problems they want officers to tackle in their area.
They launched their new public consultation survey this week and for the first time, it will be available online, taking just 15 minutes to complete.
Feedback from the survey will help identify local policing priorities based on the views and experience of people who live in local communities.
Chief Inspector Brian Shaw, Area Commander for North Ayrshire said: “Across North Ayrshire, local residents have the opportunity to tell us what is most important to them. Whether you live, or work in the local area, we need your opinions to inform and influence how we best deliver policing in the community.
“For the first time ever, our public consultation is digital and it takes just 15 minutes to complete. Your views are valued and I would encourage everyone in the community to get involved to help inform the way in which policing is delivered across North Ayrshire."
