AN IRVINE fitness duo have revealed they will be bringing one of the UK’s top nutritional coaches to North Ayrshire.

Dual Fitness owners Lorraine Howie and Drew Wilson will host a seminar with top fitness guru Ben Coomber in August.

In what is a huge coup for the pair, Ben will come to their gym in Dundonald and present a seminar to fellow coaches, instructors and fitness enthusiasts alike.

Ben Coomber is widely regarded as the UK’s top nutritional expert and body coaches.

Drew told the Times that he and Lorraine are delighted to welcome him to North Ayrshire.

He said: “We have just launched our amazing new website along with our online nutrition coaching programme due to launch and now this amazing news that we are bringing the biggest name in Nutrition to Ayrshire.

“We are absolutely over the moon that the UK’s leading nutritionist Ben Coomber has agreed to come and present a seminar for Dual Fitness.

“It’s the first time a name of this stature in the fitness industry has come to Ayrshire and we are proud to be the ones bring Ben here.

“This event will hopefully educate lots of local fitness and nutrition enthusiasts as well as local and national personal trainers and coaches with everybody welcome.”

Ben Coomber will be coming to Dual Fitness on Thursday, August from 6pm to 9pm inEntrepreneurial Spark Event Space across from Dual Fitness gym, Olympic Business Park in Dundonald.
