The shop’s closure will now add another empty unit for Irvine.
Twelve jobs were lost at Brantano earlier this year.
The Next Clearance store was days away from the scrapheap before a u-turn by bosses earlier this year.
In the last year, jobs have already been lost at other services in Irvine including Howco and AMP Control.
