A MAN was hospitalised after a serious assault in Dreghorn on Bonfire Night.
Main Street was cordoned off by police on Saturday night after the 21-year-old was attacked in the street.
He was rushed to Crosshouse Hospital to be treated for his injuries but they are not thought to be life-threatening.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: βAt 8.05pm on Saturday, November 5, police received a report of a serious assault in Main Street, Dreghorn.
βA 21-year-old male was taken to Crosshouse Hospital for treatment but his injuries are not life-threatening.β
