An Irvine woman has denied damaging and urinating on private property, assaulting a man and two police officers, resisting arrest and being in possession of cannabis.

Jolene Pollock, of Sophia Crescent, appeared at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court last week where she pled not guilty to seven charges.

The 38-year-old is alleged to have attended a property in Irvine’s Dickson Drive uninvited on July 5 last year and repeatedly shouted, swore, acted aggressively, uttered threats of violence, banged her head on and spat on a window, and urinated on the driveway.

She is also alleged to have damaged a window by throwing a stone at it and alleged to have assaulted a man, thrown stones at him and tried to kick and bite him.

It is also alleged that Pollock then tried to resist arrest by repeatedly struggling violently and lashing out her legs at two police officers.

She allegedly assaulted both officers, spat on one and tried to bite her.

Pollock is also alleged to have been found in possession of cannabis at Saltcoats Police Station.

She will appear at the same court for trial at a later date.
