A MAN has admitted to behaving in a threatening or abusive manner towards members of the public in Irvine while he was on bail.
Steven Horne, of Irvine’s Heatherstone Way, appeared at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court last week and pled guilty to one charge.
On July 18 at Frew Terrace, Horne stared at members of the public, shouted, swore and acted in an aggressive manner.
At the time of the offence Horne, 43, was on bail.
Sentence was deferred as Horne had other matters calling.
Horne was bailed and will return to Kilmarock Sheriff Court at a later date for sentencing
