Kilwinning man fined for prejudice and threats
A young man has been fined for behaving in a threatening or abusive manner aggravated by prejudice relating to sexual orientation.
Ross McLeod, of Braidwood Road in Kilwinning, pled guilty to one charge last week at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court.
On April 8 at a property in Kilwinning’s Highfield Street, McLeod was threatening and abusive and shouted and swore.
McLeod was fined £285 to be paid on or before August 31.
