Colleagues at Asda Irvine are are being congratulated on over 325 years of service with the company this month.
The store has one of the largest amounts of long serving colleagues in Scotland with 13 colleagues celebrating more than 25 years of service.
Wendy Moore, who has worked at the store since it first opened 25 years ago, said: “I’ve built long relationships with both colleagues and customers over the years, and it’s lovely to see so many friendly faces on a daily basis.”
Ellen Rogan, general store manager at Asda Irvine, said: “What better way to celebrate the 325 years of service our long serving colleagues have given us than with a good old party to thank them for their service.”
The list includes Angela Mcquillan – Checkout operator – 25 years; Catherine Cunningham – Shop Floor Assistant; Elizabeth McGrath – Security SL;Janice Anderson – Shop Floor Assistant – 25 years; Janice Owens – Shop Floor Assistant – 25 years; Joanne Robertson – George and GM Trading Manager – 25 years; Marilyn Leyden – Checkout Operator – 25 years; Marion Milne – Checkout Operator – 25 years; Mary Smith – Checkout Operator – 25 years; Mary Paton – Checkout Operator – 25 years; Morag Conway – Shop Floor Assistant – 25 years; Sheena Gordon – Shop Floor Assistant – 25 years and Wendy Moore – Customer and People Trading Manager – 25 years.
