Get your entries in for Marymass Flower Show fun
There is still time to get your entries in for the Marymass Flower Show.
The Flower Show will be held in the Volunteer rooms on Monday, August 28 from 2.30pm until 8.30pm.
The event, organised every year by members of Irvine Horticultural Society, are taking entries for categories including flowers, fruit, vegetables, novices.
Bill Anderson from the Irvine Horticultural Society said: “We are not professional growers, just amateurs who bring along whatever we can, to put on a show for the public.
“You could win a few pence, a couple of pounds or a trophy, but we enter mostly for fun because it’s our hobby.”
