Irvine man admits fighting on ASBO
A 21-year-old man has admitted to fighting in Irvine while he was subject to an ASBO.
Ryan Shanks, of Irvine’s Greenwood Road, pled guilty to one charge at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court last week.
Shanks behaved in a threatening or abusive manner and engaged in a fight on August 29 at a lane behind a property in Seaton Terrace.
At the time of the offence, Shanks was subject to an ASBO. The case was adjourned for the court to obtain a Criminal Justice Social Work Report and a Restriction of Liberty Assessment.
Shanks was bailed and will return to the court at the end of the month for sentencing.
