A pervert who was convicted of filming two underage girls while they undressed has breached a Sexual Offences Prevention Order.

Frank Collins, of Drumelzier Court in Irvine, pled guilty to one charge at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court last week.

Collins had been given the order at Ayr Sheriff Court on December 20 last year after he admitted to rigging up recording equipment at an address in Prestwick to try and spy on two teens in a private act and undressed.

The order required Collins to retain all internet browsing history and prohibited him from deleting it.

Collins, 47, breached the order without reasonable excuse between January 11 and January 18 at his home address in that he accessed the net using a web browser which does not retain browsing history.

Sentence was deferred until December 12.
