A special exhibition which looks back at the fascinating history of Irvine Meadow FC has opened at Irvine’s Townhouse.
The exhibition is a celebration of one of the oldest junior clubs in Scottish football and features fascinating items of club memorabilia.
Meadow fan Ross Weeks said: "The exhibition was an idea of Craig McCallum’s, an ex-player and one of the directors of Irvine Meadow.
"We won the Scottish cup three times, there’s three display cases showing the balls, the strips the programmes, everything from these days way back in 1959, 1964 and 1973. In 1973 we played three games to win the cup which is quite an achievement.
“There is screens with interviews with some of the ex players and some of the fans which is very good – especially the one with wee Davy Gibson which is quite funny.”
The exhibit is open now and will run until Friday, April 20.
