A KILWINNING restaurant has donated cash to charity after winning a company bonus.
The pro-social bonus at Buzzworks is a unique quarterly scheme which sees the top four performing venues of each quarter winning a share of £1,000 to gift to any registered charity of their choice.
The teams working across Buzzworks’ 10 venues have been scored for various factors including sales, customer service and cleanliness in a bid to win cash – but it is charities that are set to benefit.
The latest winners have been crowned for this quarter which includes, The Corner House in Kilwinning, Lido Troon, The Tree House in Ayr and The Long House in Kilmarnock.
Third place was awarded to The Corner House in Kilwinning who picked Bliss, a charity supporting babies born premature or sick, to gift its £150.
Kenny Blair, Buzzworks Holdings MD, said: “We’re really proud of our pro-social bonus scheme. Congrats to our winning venues this quarter, which recognised their hard work and dedication over a busy festive period.”
