A MAN has been charged with attempted murder following a disturbance in an Irvine house last week.
Scott Blair appeared at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court this week after being arrested following an alleged incident in Littlestane Way in Lawthorn in the early hours of Friday, May 18.
The 26-year-old, who is from Kilwinning, appeared on petition in court this week charged with assault to severe injury, danger of life and attempted murder.
He made no plea.
The case was adjourned and Blair was released on bail.
Chief Inspector Brian Shaw Irvine Police said: “A 26-year-old male was charged with attempted murder and a man remains in hospital in a stable condition.”
