A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of assaulting police officers in Helensburgh.
Police say the 48-year-old from Clydebank was stopped by police officers at around 11.15pm on Sunday, May 5.
The man allegedly assaulted officers, resisted their attempts to arrest him and behaved in a threatening or abusive manner at an address in Helensburgh.
He has been reported to the procurator fiscal for the alleged offences.
