Irvine business park plans lodged

PLANS for a new driving test centre in Irvine have been officially lodged with the council, the Times can reveal.

The new centre - should it get the go ahead - will be in Century Court, at the Riverside Business Park.

Planners at Cunninghame House are now considering the proposals, which involve a change of use from the current office space.

The new centre is being put in place to replace the test centres in Kilmarnock and Saltcoats.
