A SPRINGSIDE man has been accused of harrassing a woman on a bus journey twice in a week - allegedly touching and kissing her.
Donald McDougal Mullen, of Kirkland Terrace is accused of assaulting the woman on the bus between Irvine and Springside on January 19 when he reportedly began touching her on the shoulders and repeatedly kissing her.
It is alleged that the 34-year-old had also kissed the same woman on the same bus journey five days earlier.
He is charged with acting in a disorderly manner and repeatedly attempting to start a conversation with the woman.
Mullen is then accused of putting his hands on her shoulders and kissing her on the head - placing her in a state of fear and alarm.
He pled not guilty to charges of assault and sexually aggravated breach of the peace at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court last week and will face trial later in the year.
