A YOUNG woman has admitted to trying to headbutt two police officers and acting in a threatening or abusive manner at an address in Irvine and at Crosshouse Hospital A&E.

Dani Pollock, 20, appeared at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court last week where she pled guilty to four charges, all referring to December 3.

Pollock shouted, swore and uttered threats at a property in Carron Place and at the accident and emergency department.

She also resisted, hindered or obstructed two police officers, struggled and violently struck out with her arms and legs.

Pollock, of Caledonia Road in Ardrossan, also assaulted both officers and attempted to headbutt them.

Pollock will appear again at the same court next month for sentencing following reports.
