Irvine woman fined for harbouring missing child
AN IRVINE woman has been fined after harbouring a missing child.
Stacey Elizabeth Lowthian, 35, of Sloan Avenue, admitted knowingly harbouring and concealing a child who had absconded from the Meadow Children’s Unit in James Crescent on February 20, last year.
She pled guilty to the charge at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court and and was fined £270.
