IRVINE internet sensation Chloe Lennon has been snapped up by a national modelling agency.

Just two weeks after her Down’s Syndrome Awareness video went viral, being viewed more than 25 million times, wee Chloe, from Castlepark, has been signed on the books of Zebedee Modelling agency.

The Sheffield-based company is unique in that it only represents people with disabilities.

Zebedee currently has hundreds of clients on its books and wee Chloe, who has Down’s syndrome, has made the list too.

Zebedee director, Zoe Procter said Chloe had everything they were looking for, adding: “We were looking to expand our children’s books and Chloe applied and we thought that she had a great look and a wonderful attitude.

She is a really great role model for differentlyabled and Down’s syndrome people.

“She takes direction well and is absolutely gorgeous.”

Chloe’s mum Jade, 25, said the news that Chloe had been signed was the “cherry on the cake” after a crazy couple of weeks.

She said: “This is cherry on top of the cake of this bonkers couple of weeks, Chloe is now being represented by Zebedee modelling agency.

She had a shoot in Sheffield at the weekend and it was great. I am so excited to see what the future holds for her.”

Chloe and mum Jade were also given a mention in Holyrood when MSP Kenneth Gibson spoke to the Scottish Parliament last week and praised Chloe for her “inspirational video”.

He said: “A video of five-year-old Chloe Lennon from Irvine has been shared more than 330,000 times across the world. The video had an inspiring effect with thousands of positive comments and messages flooding in. The reaction to these videos is testament to the fact that visibility truly matters and proves we must work together to ensure society reflects the needs of all.”
