A DRIVER was rushed to hospital after his car crash and flipped onto its roof on an Irvine road.
Emergency services were called to the Warrix Interchange, near to the Menzies Hotel, at 7.30pm on Sunday, November 9, after receiving a report of a road traffic collision.
One male driver was removed from the vehicle and taken to Crosshouse Hospital with serious - but not life threatening - injuries.
The road was closed off for more than two hours while police and ambulance crews dealt with the incident.
No other cars or people were involved.
