AN Irvine man has been jailed after breaching his Community Payback Order.
Scott Woodward, of Victoria House, admitted shouting and swearing during an incident in Irvine’s East Road on August 26.
On September 9, the 35-year-old was sentenced to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work within a period of six months along with a one-year supervision order.
However, he breached the order by only completing nine hours work.
Woodward appeared at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court last week and pled guilty to the offence.
He was sentenced to four months in prison.
