A SPRINGSIDE man who damaged a door and a television has avoided jail.
Allan Johnston, of Overtoun Road, behaved in a threatening or abusive manner at an address in the street on November 28.
The 35-year-old admitted shouting and swearing during the incident along with throwing a cup at a TV, damaging it in the process, and damaging a door by repeatedly kicking it.
Johnston appeared at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court (pictured) last week and pled guilty.
He was fined £160 and ordered to pay £100 compensation to North Ayrshire Council.
