FIREFIGHTERS were called to Irvine on Sunday after a caravan was reported ablaze.
Crews from Kilwinning and Ardrossan Stations attended the blaze, which broke out on a private road next to the Redburn Roundabout on Sunday, December 7 just before 4pm.
On arrival, crews found a caravan and a wheelie bin both well alight on a private road.
Under the guidance of Watch Manager John Palmer, two high pressure hosereel jets were used to extinguish the fires.
No one was reported injured and an investigation into how the fire started is still ongoing.
