A MAN has admitted challenging people to a fight and singing sectarian songs.
Craig McMillan, 43, committed the offences on September 22.
He firstly acted in an aggressive manner by challenging people to a fight in Irvine’s Boyle Street.
This was before McMillan caused fear and alarm by singing sectarian songs and using the word ‘fenian’ while travelling in a police vehicle in the Saltcoats area.
McMillan, no fixed abode, appeared at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court last week and pled guilty.
His case has been adjourned until October in order to gather social work reports.
