Kilwinning woman assaulted and injured disabled man
A 50-year-old woman assaulted and injured a disabled man.
Mary Gatherer, of Kilwinning’s St Ninian’s Terrace, pled guilty to two charges at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court last week.
Gatherer behaved in a threatening or abusive manner in that she shouted and swore on June 26 at an address in Kilwinning.
On the same date and at the same property, she punched a disabled man on the head to his injury.
She will return to the court for sentencing next month.
