ABUSED GIRLFRIEND AND HER MUM ON NEW YEAR

A teenage father-of-two has been fined for smashing windows and shouting abuse at his girlfriend and her mother in Kilwinning.
Darren Scott, of Braidwood Road in the town, woke the mother of his children and her mother in the early hours of New Year's Day as he threw stones and hurled abuse at their window.
But the mother and daughter became frightened when 19-year-old Scott flung a brick through the window of a neighbouring property.
