A KILWINNING woman who broke two windows and struck a man with a mobile phone has escaped jail.
Margaret-Anne Grier, of Ninians Terrace, committed the offences in Irvine’s Paterson Crescent on February 16 this year.
The 42-year-old threw the mobile phone across a room during the incident which injured the man.
She also broke two windows during the incident by striking them with a metal implement.
Grier appeared at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court last week and pled guilty to the offences.
She was fined £200.
