A KILWINNING man who admitted abusive behaviour has been fined.
David MacLean, of McGavin Way, behaved in a threatening or abusive manner in a rear garden near Hillside Street, Stevenston, on February 10.
The 41-year-old admitted shouting and swearing as well as struggling with his father during the incident.
MacLean appeared at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court last week and pled guilty.
He was fined £225.
