AN IRVINE pensioner who admitted attacking a man and brandishing a brick has been ordered to pay compensation.
Matthew McCulloch, of Sanderson Avenue, repeatedly pushed a man on the body in a car park in Hill Street along with slapping him on the face.
The 65-year-old also behaved in a threatening or abusive manner by threatening to damage a vehicle and repeatedly brandishing a brick.
McCulloch previously pled guilty at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court and returned for sentencing last week following the production of social work reports.
He was sentenced to two years of supervision and ordered to pay £250 compensation to his victim.
