'Too scared to leave my own home'

Pensioner's home targeted twice in a week

A BOURTREEHILL pensioner says she has been left a 'prisoner in her own home' after two attacks on her property in the space of a week.

Following the mindless acts of vandalism, Jean Scoular, who lives in sheltered accommodation in Cheviot Court, has been left too scared to leave her home after dark.

She is now demanding the attacker be caught and for her area"s wardens to be given access to the CCTV images she knows will catch the culprit.
