Hotel man's sex charge

A HOTEL worker has been charged with dragging a man into a toilet and sexually assaulting him.

Robert Price, 48, is accused of seizing his alleged victim, pulling him into a cublicle, unfastening his clothes and performing a sex act.

Price, of Mossgreen Place, Mossblown, denied committing the offence at the Gailes Hotel in Marine Road, Irvine, in November 2008.

He lodged a special defence of consent at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court and faces trial at a later date.
