The council last year paid out more than £60,000 because of blunders made by workers - such as bricking up a cupboard with a tenant's belongings still inside and throwing rubbish out a window and hitting a satellite dish.
The embarrassing list of gaffes was unveiled after a Freedom of Information request and also reveals details of NAC employees:
- breaking a toilet seat while fitting new windows (£12)
- putting ladders through a display unit while plastering a ceiling (£60)
- drilling a hole through into a living room while fitting a kitchen (£100)
