An ABBA tribute act performing at the Magnum Theatre this weekend have narrowly avoided their own Waterloo - after being ordered to change their name.
Lawyers representing the original Swedish foursome's label have contacted tribute bands around the world, threatening to sue those that continue to perform under any variation of the 'ABBA' trademark.
This means that 'Dancing Queen' (pictured), who have performed for years as 'Abba Cadabra', have been forced to change their name overnight - or face the European Courts.
