A teenager is charged with exposing himself and urinating at an Irvine retail park on the same day he allegedly caused a breach of the peace there with a child.
Luke Mobsby is alleged to have comitted the public indecency at Riverway Retail Park on May 28, fully exposing his penis and urinating in full public view.
On the same date, the 16-year-old is also accused of shouting, swearing and making rude gestures at the same place, while acting with a juvenile.
