MUIRKIRK 0
IRVINE VICTORIA 6
FOR the second time this season,  leaders Irvine Victoria hit Muirkirk for six as they maintained their unbeaten run in the league.
Stevie Wilson's side dominated much of the match against a home side who were much improved from their meeting at Victoria Park earlier in the season.
Vics took the game to their hosts from the start and went ahead in nine minutes when Jordan Craig made a run down the right hand side and fired over a cross to Andrew Hislop, who shot home from five yards.
Ten minutes later they doubled their advantage when skipper Robert Burgess headed home a Callum Davidson corner-kick. It was very much one-way traffic and in 35 minutes Scott Chesney picked the ball up on the edge of the box and made a run before coolly slotting a shot home.
The same player scored again from close range seven minutes later with Buffs now n total command.
Then in 62 minutes, David Adams cut in from the edge of the 18-yard box before shooting home from six yards.
Vics boss Wilson said: "We did a real professional job and deserved our win. Hopefully we can keep our run going."
