A SMASH hit event was staged at Kilwinning Sports Club, with youngsters trying to emulate Andy Murray and Johanna Konta.
The Pennyburn venue recently hosted a four-day tennis coaching camp.
Around 30 children from across North Ayrshire took part in the event, which was run by four coaches.
They started working on racquet skills, hit some balls and were then involved in rallies and worked on forehand and backhand skills.
The camp concluded with a tournament, entitled KilWimbledon, which was won by Murray Lauder (9) from Kilwinning, a pupil at Whitehirst Park Primary School.
He was presented with tennis equipment and a trophy.
